Looking for an easy week night dinner with ingredients you might likely have on hand? Or you have friends coming over for a little get together and you need a snack that will please everyone? These Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-ups are a great and easy crowd pleaser for all ages! And it can be dressed up or down however you please. We added a garlic and parsley butter spread over the inside and outside of the rolls and it gave it an extra layer of flavor.
You could also you a different type of cheese like mozzarella or Monterey Jack. The deli meat could be switched up as well with turkey or maybe even shredded chicken. Or even better, wait for it…. Bacon! I am thinking about my next time making them right now with some crispy bacon rolled in that buttery crescent.
Regardless of how you dress this up though, it is hard not to love these scrumptious little rolls. Melty cheese, garlic butter glaze, and sliced ham are a perfect combination. I mean if anything who doesn’t love cheese and rolls!? No one here at the Ragar home are complaining!

Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-ups
Ham and cheese crescent roll-ups are an easy and delicious weeknight dinner, ready in just 25 minutes! Perfect for dinner or gathering!
Ingredients
- 1 can (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 slices deli ham
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick melted salted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp parsley
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk garlic, garlic salt, and parsley with melted butter in small bowl.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Lather melted garlic butter onto each slice.
Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle and sprinkle with handful of cheese.
Fold in edges of ham to match shape of dough triangle.
Roll up each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
With remaining garlic butter, spread on top of each crescent.
Remove from cookie sheet and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
1. Feel free to use a different cheese if you don't prefer cheddar. Switch up the meat as well depending on preference. --- 2. Garlic butter is optional, tastes just as good without! --- 3. Feel free to use with homemade dough as well. Will take longer to prepare, but will cook the same.
