Homemade Crepes

This is one of our go to favorite breakfasts when we are wanting to up our breakfast game for boring cereal. These easy homemade crepes are so good and simple to make, anyone can make them. Savory or sweet, these crepes are delicious and such a wonderful breakfast and brunch option.

I know that the sound of making crepes can be intimidating, but I promise you, after the first few times of pouring and flipping those crepes, it will become like second nature to you and your fear will become a thing of the past. It is like flipping a pancake in all honesty, just a little bit thinner and they cook quicker. But other then that, there really is nothing to it.

We personally like to eat our crepes sweet with homemade whip cream, chopped up pears, pecans, chocolate chips, and some syrup drizzled on top. But there are so many ways to eat them it is just safe to say they are super versatile.

I also love to double up this recipe to make a bigger batch of crepes, and then I save them in the fridge to have them for breakfast the next morning! A win win! And maybe breakfast for dinner???
