How many of you love watching food video recipes on Facebook and Instagram so much that an hour passes by and you didn’t even notice!? We are most definitely guilty of doing that every once and a while. But sometimes a recipe or two will pop up that catches you attention and you know that you have to try and make it immediately. Well, this is one of those recipes.
To be honest, I don’t love ground turkey. I love a good roasted turkey on thanksgiving, and deli sliced turkey on a nice hoagie roll, but ground turkey? Eh… so the fact that I actually wanted to test this recipe out was somewhat of a surprise to me. But how this meal turned out in the end of the video was so tantalizing there was no saying no.
So rewind two years ago when I first watched this video, I ran to the store and bought my first pound of ground turkey and made this recipe. Let me tell you, it was love at first bite! And not just for me, but my husband and kids too! The orange marmalade sauce that is drizzled on top of the steaming hot meatballs and crispy veggies is so yummy. And the ground turkey in the meatball tastes so yummy you wont even miss the fact that it isn’t ground beef!
Anyway, long story short, you need this recipe in your life and regular meal rotation. Not only is it delicious, but packed with lots of protein, flavor, and tasty veggies for those kids of yours! I promise you will be forever changed after eating these ground turkey meatballs!

Put veggies and meatballs over a bowl of rice and pour the sauce as desired.

Notes
1. Cook the meatballs longer if you would like them to be crispier. Just watch the veggies so they don't burn. --- 2. Feel free to add a variety of vegetables. We personally love the carrots and broccoli. --- 3. If you don't want ground turkey, ground beef will be great as well! --- 4. Brown or white rice will both taste great! You choose!
