We love making homemade pizza and putting all sorts of toppings on our freshly made pizza dough. I personally love pepperonis with a generous helping of pineapple, and Joel loves a meat lovers type of pizza! The key however, to a flavorful pizza is the sauce.
When we make homemade pizzas, we never use a bottled pizza sauce. It always has to be homemade. We have messed around with a few recipes over the years to come up with the best homemade sauce, and we have finally found it! This sauce has the perfect consistency and flavor to taste like it just came from your favorite pizzeria down the street.
And what is even better is it is so easy to make, and made from things all in your pantry already! Win win! So make sure to try this recipe out the next time you make homemade pizza and never go back to jarred pizza sauce ever again! You won’t be sorry!
