Smoked Sausage and Cheesy Rice

On a busy week and school night, sometimes schedules can get crazy! So we love this recipe because it is quick and easy to make, and is a complete skillet dinner made in one pan! Hooray for less dishes in the sink!

All of the ingredients in this dish go so well together. We used kielbasa sausage instead of smoked sausage, fresh broccoli florets, and made sure to use sharp cheddar cheese as specified in the instructions—for good reason! We couldn’t stop eating this, it was that good!
